Request to Delete Online or Mobile Profile

Columbia Bank values your privacy. If you would like to request removal of your user profile for our Online and Mobile Banking applications, simply complete the steps below. Your information will be reviewed, and a team member will contact you for further verification.

Upon verification of this request, Columbia Bank will delete your user profile and all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party.

Your Online and Mobile Banking access will be deleted after you submit your request. Please note the following:

If you do not close out your bank accounts, such accounts will remain active but will no longer have the ability to conduct online banking or mobile banking until such time that you re-enroll
By deleting your user profile in our Online and Mobile Banking applications, you will no longer have access to receiving eStatements and may be subject to a monthly Statement Print Service Charge
Your accounts transaction history will remain in our main system history as long as your accounts are open. We advise that you download and save prior eStatements. Statements can also be made available upon request
All Online and Mobile Banking data will be deleted
