  • Can I use contactless payments even without the Contactless Symbol?
    Yes. You’re free to swipe your card or insert it using the chip.

  • Is it possible to accidentally make a contactless payment by being near a Contactless Symbol?
    No. Your card must be directly in front of the contactless terminal (within 1-2 inches) in order to make a purchase.

  • My current card has recurring payments enabled. What happens with those payments now?
    Update your card everywhere it is currently linked. In apps, online bills, mobile wallet, and wherever else it may apply.
