Allison Winters of Columbia Bank Presented NJ Bankers 2020 Warren Hill Award

Columbia Bank is pleased to announce that Allison Winters, the bank’s Brand and Communications Officer, is the recipient of New Jersey Bankers 2020 Warren Hill Award. This annual award is presented to current or former NJ Bankers committee members who have demonstrated an overall commitment to meeting the mission statement of the committee he or she served on. 
Ms. Winters currently serves on NJ Bankers Emerging Financial Leaders Group Committee which provides bankers under the age of 40 the opportunity to take their careers to the next level and become the future leaders of the banking industry through education, networking and community service activities. 
She joined Columbia Bank in 2015 as an Intern and completed the bank’s Associate Development program in 2018. A resident of Hoboken, Ms. Winters graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Arts in Mass Communications and is currently enrolled in NJ Bankers Emerging leaders program.
