Mrs. Schlesinger and the other talented front-runners will be recognized during a virtual awards reception and ceremony on October 25, 2021 at 6PM.

Allyson Schlesinger serves as Executive Vice President, Head of Consumer Banking for Columbia Bank headquartered in Fair Lawn, NJ. In her role, Allyson is responsible for the Retail Banking Branches, Mortgage, First Jersey Title Services, Consumer Lending Business, Wealth Management, and Marketing Divisions of the Bank. She is also the lead business sponsor for adopting Salesforce, transforming the client experience, and introducing new digital business capabilities and partnerships. Prior to joining Columbia Bank, Allyson was with Citigroup for 25 years, having served in senior leadership roles both across the US and in London, and most recently as a Managing Director responsible for the bank’s retail banking markets throughout New York City and New Jersey. Allyson is active in the community as a Corporate Advisory Board Member of the Boys and Girls Club New Jersey and Seton Hall Client Experience Advisory Board Member. She is also passionate about developing and facilitating the career growth of women, evident through her work with various women’s networks and recognition through the YWCA. Allyson is an alumni of the University of Michigan and resides in Chappaqua, New York with her family.
