How to apply:

Request letters will be accepted until October 23, 2025 and should include:

  • Statement of your organization’s need
  • Description of your organization; include mission, history and highlights
  • Description of project to be funded
  • Expected outcomes/impact of project
  • Project start and completion date
  • Communities impacted
  • Availability for site visit and/or presentation in the month of November

Review process:

  • Request letters will be reviewed and offers to apply will be extended by November 1, 2025.
  • Grant awards will be presented during the Foundation’s November board meeting. Subsequently, funding decisions will be distributed.

Organizations seeking funding from CBF must be tax exempt with a 501(c)(3) status as a public charity of the Internal Revenue Code. Organizations must be in operation for a minimum of three years.
